AIDS Treatment Information Centre (ATIC)

ATIC StaffThe AIDS Treatment Information Centre (ATIC) is a free call-in centre at IDI. ATIC is a part of the Training Department of IDI. We aim to ensure the correct, safe, and effective use of medicines.

What is our business?

Our business is to improve and maintain health-care workers’ skills in the appropriate use of medicines. Particular focus is on the appropriate use of medicines in the management of HIV/AIDS and related infectious diseases, including, but not limited to, malaria and Tuberculosis. ATIC also supports health workers in the appropriate use of medicines for the management of non-infectious diseases in persons living with HIV.
